Week c/ 23rd May – Training

Training week I did 214Km over 6 training sessions of running and cycling. Progressively reducing intensity to end up this week with resting days before starting with the specific training plan -prepared for me by Franc Beneyto.

The plan comprises 2 months of 5 sessions a week of combined gym, climbing, running and cycling.

I am packing now as I write this post. We are heading to Tel Aviv tomorrow for a 4 days stay, visiting friends and I’ll be training every day in the beach and Holmes Place Yarkon.
