This has been a busy week at work as well as travelling abroad. Luckily meetings were in Spain – Valencia and Alicante, so I managed a couple of runs in between meetings, lunch and business dinners.
So far a good week in terms of training that ended in 107Km of distance covered by bike or foot. From next month we would be training specifically for the expedition and while in Spain we kick off the initial meetings between my Coach and the nutritionist doctor in order to balance training with a healthy diet… so bye bye bread, pastries… 😦
Next week we are progressively moving to trail running and hills repetition from riding. We are flying Tel Aviv this coming weekend for a 4 day trip and I am planning early morning training when is still relatively warm.
