Week c/ 9th May – Training

86 days to Elbrus expedition

After the London to Paris ride last week I choose to keep the cycling theme going and I did another 130Km over 4 days. From next month I am including running and climbing again in the training routine to get to Russia with a good core and lower body.

This coming Wednesday I am travelling to Spain for work and I’ll try to book an appointment with my PT (Franc Beneyto) and my nutritionist (Natural Nutricion) to finalise all the plans… I can’t wait to bring some process to my day to day chaotic post-expedition diet!

Mid June all the members of the expedition are meeting in Benasque for a couple of days climbing in the Pyrenees – if the weather is ok we would try the normal route to the Aneto (3,404m)
