12th April – 45.17Km ride – Windsor

Training ride – 119 days to Elbrus Expedition

Today I took the ride easy because I am trying to recover the legs after nearly 10 non-stop training and close to 500 km done…

Our London to Paris race will cover 320 miles over a 4 day race and for the next 3 weeks I should keep the specific training to build resistance back in my legs.

Tomorrow morning, in less than 12 hours, I am training the strenght again with another hour of leg work.
